Yes! FREE cancellations for any reason. Rescheduling is fine pending availability. All we ask for is 24 hours notice so we can give other people a chance to book in your place

Please arrive 15 minutes before your boat excursion to departure time at Whitianga Wharf.

Safety is our number #1 priority. If Weather or Sea Conditions cause your trip to be cancelled or limited, full or partial refunds will be available.

The high speed & manoeuvres, the rest is the same including the option to snorkel

We require a minimum total combined value of $720 of bookings for a tour to go ahead. A tour may proceed for less if there is already another confirmed tour. If for any reason you booked solo and there are not enough on your tour, we will contact you to arrange rescheduling or a full refund.

We can have 2-12 people on each tour.

Cave Cruzer holds a marine mammal watch permit & our schedule allows us to get closer for longer if penguins, seals, dolphin or Orca are seen.

Snorkelling is optional in the best spot on the day only on the 2Hr tours, about 10mins is all we have time for, booking not required, we only provide mask & snorkel no cost. Note – it is not worth snorkelling at the Cove as there is not much there to see under water.

No. This is not part of any tour that leaves from Whitianga. 1/ A lot of the time it is not safe to land due to sea conditions. 2/ It is not safe near the cliffs or under the arch due to possible rock fall.
